Recommended Use or Purpose: A source of essential amino acids that stimulate muscle protein synthesis. An excellent Source of protein which helps to build and repair body tissues. An excellent source of protein that promotes the production of antibiotics.

Duration of use: For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a healthcare professional.

Recommended Dose: Adults. Take 1 to 3 servings per day. Mix it with 250 to 500 ml of water or juice. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
