RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Source of essential amino acids involved in muscle protein synthesis. Excellent source of protein to support tissue production and repair. Excellent source of protein to promote antibody production.

DURATION OF USE: For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. Take 1 to 3 measurements per day. Mix with 250-500ml of water or juice. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

WARNINGS: Pregnant or nursing women as well as people with liver or kidney disease should consult a healthcare practitioner before consuming the product.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: If you are allergic to milk, do not use this product.
