RETURN / CLAIMS POLICY

Distribution Hugo Girard is committed to offering you quality products and we make a commitment to meet your expectations of our company. The customer's signature confirms that the received merchandise is complete and in good condition. The delivery slip will be the reference document.

How to return a product

The product must be in its original packaging and not used to be accepted. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. Returns should be made as soon as possible.

1- Contact our customer service by email or phone. Please request a written return authorization.

2- Please indicate the following points:

  • Type of product bars or supplements
  • Size and flavor
  • Batch number
  • Expiration date
  • UPC code
  • Retailer
  • Address
  • Product opened or sealed
  • Date of the event Photos

3- Return your product during the next delivery of products following your new order.

4- Include in the return document, the reason for the problem.

5- Packaging and boxes damaged in your warehouses are not returnable. Returned products must be in their original packaging.

6- At all times, returned products must be in good condition.

Issue

Protein bars and supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if they have been opened. Any product that has been used will not be accepted or credited.

Return fees

All HUGO GIRARD products are subject to a 10% return fee, excluding expired products, which may be charged on the invoice of the next purchase. It is certain that if a problem arises due to a manufacturing defect or a packaging error, no fees will be charged.

Exchanges / credit

We offer you the possibility to exchange products on your next delivery. If you prefer a credit, that is also possible.

Expired products

Please return any expired products with your next delivery. An exchange or credit will be possible.

Warranties

All products sold by Distribution HUGO GIRARD are guaranteed.

  • Protein bars: 8 months warranty
  • Supplements: 24 to 36 months warranty

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund. The return policy may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify it at any time.
